WATABA KABASINGUZI HELEN
I am a Social Entrepreneur, a mentor, with 19 years of professional experience as a secondary school Head teacher,now retired from civil service. I am experienced in providing strategic direction and fostering a positive learning environment, Skilled in curriculum development, staff management, and student welfare . I am committed to promoting self growth and development,and character development. Passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive educational community that inspires learners and young adults to reach their full potential. I mentor young ladies and walk with them through the journey of self discovery and productivity. I am also passionate about offering psychosocial support to young girls struggling with anxiety conversion disorders.
With my experience as a teacher and headteacher, I desire to create a change in emotionally challenged girls in school so that they can be understood and supported to complete school.

Ningo Foundation Ltd therefore, aims at building a friendly psycho-social support program to address that situation. This is done by training a few teachers per school who have been identified by the headteacher. The headteachers can then monitor them as they support the affected girls.

KARUNGI LYDIA
Karungi Lydia is a Social Development specialist. She has worked on various development programs with Government and Workers unions.
Her areas of expertise are Community Development, Rural Development, Social Protection, Gender audit and Local Economic Development. My current areas of interest are women and youth enterprise development, Social and Environment safeguards.
Karungi successfully completed her Msc. in Social Protection Financing at University of Mauritius and holds a Post graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at Uganda Management Institute, a Diploma in Human rights at the Law Development Centre and holds a BA degree in Social Sciences (Sociology)from Makerere University, Uganda.
Karungi has worked on various Government Projects and Programs under Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and Ministry of Local Government for more than 12 years.

NANGULU MICHEAL
With over a decade of experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), mental health, and economic empowerment, I am deeply committed to addressing critical issues at the intersection of mental health and adolescent well-being. My expertise is particularly focused on suicide prevention among adolescents, utilizing my skills in research, program management, and psychotherapy to create effective interventions.
As a current public policy scholar at Uganda Christian University and with a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University, I am dedicated to employing evidence-based strategies to tackle mental health challenges and enhance SRHR outcomes. My primary interest lies in exploring the dynamic interplay between SRHR and mental health, with a goal to reduce suicide risk and bolster psychological resilience in young populations, especially in rural areas where these issues are most pressing
